General Information
What is Marietta Anime-Fest?
Marietta Anime-Fest is a one-day anime festival celebrating Japanese pop culture, anime, cosplay, and community. We feature voice actors, panels, contests, vendor hall, artist alley, and more!
When and where is the festival?
Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Wingate by Wyndham Marietta Conference Center, 700 Pike St, Marietta, OH 45750.
Is this event appropriate for all ages?
Yes! Marietta Anime-Fest is an all-ages, family-friendly event. All panels and activities are appropriate for children and adults alike.
Tickets & Entry
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at the door on the day of the event.
What are the ticket prices?
General Admission is $20, Additional Children Tickets (under 11) is $10, VIP Ticket is $50, and Platinum Ticket is $100. See our Tickets page for details on what each ticket includes.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
What time can I enter?
General Admission doors open at 10:00 AM. VIP and Platinum ticket holders can enter at 9:30 AM for early access.
Event Activities
Who are the special guests?
We're featuring voice actors Chuck Huber (Hiei, Android 17) and Jennifer Cihi (Sailor Moon singing voice). See our Guests page for full details and appearance schedules.
Can I participate in the cosplay contest?
Absolutely! Registration for the cosplay contest will be available at the event. All skill levels and ages are welcome with separate categories.
Is there food available?
Yes! The venue has food vendors and a snack bar. You can also bring sealed snacks and water bottles.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes! Personal cameras are allowed. Please be respectful when taking photos of cosplayers and always ask for permission first.

How do I apply for a vendor booth?
Visit our Exhibitors page and click the Apply Now button to fill out an application form.
What are booth prices?
Standard booth pricing includes a 6-foot table with space behind. Wall and corner spots are available for an additional fee. All pricing details is available on our online application.
Venue & Parking
Is parking free?
Yes! Free parking is available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available nearby.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The Wingate by Wyndham Marietta Conference Center is fully wheelchair accessible with elevators and accessible restrooms.

Only service animals are permitted at the festival for the safety and comfort of all attendees.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event of festival cancellation, all ticket holders will receive full refunds. We'll notify ticket holders via email if any changes occur.
